Each course includes seven self-paced modules (21 modules in total), so you can go through them at your own speed. The program is designed to be flexible, allowing you to complete it in a few months or take your time as needed.

What does each course include?

Each course consists of:

1) On-demand video lessons from Dr. Nancy Meyer.

2) Practical exercises and real-life applications.

3) Self-paced lessons that fit into your schedule.

What kind of support is available during the program?
